House Rules
House Rules:
1. THIS UNIT IS NON-SMOKING. A charge of $200 will be imposed and charged for smoking inside of the unit. If smoking is found during your stay, all guests will be subject to immediate eviction with no refund.
2. Firearms of any type are not permitted in the unit.
3. Pets are not allowed on the Casa Del Mar property.
4. Parties or unruly guests are prohibited and will result in eviction with no refund.
5. Hanging towels from the balcony to dry is prohibited.
6. Please do not use bathroom or pool towels to wipe up spills or for cleaning.
7. Indoor furniture is not allowed on the balcony.
8. Do not move furniture around in the condo. This includes electronic equipment. If furnishings are moved and not returned to their original position a $100 fee will be assessed. Do not plug in cell phone chargers in the electrical outlets in the bunkbeds - the plug is for TV ONLY. The side table in the living area and bedroom has built in charging ports.
9. Do not reprogram or tamper with any electronic equipment. Equipment found reprogrammed will incur a $100 fee.
10. Please leave the air conditioning on "Auto/Fan" settings no lower than 72 degrees.
11. The owners "Blavesco Real Estate, LLC" are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or facilities, nor are they responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. The use of the bunk beds is at your own risk. It is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
